| Federal Law mandates that only the student may request release of a transcript to a third party. Therefore, any request for a transcript must include the student's signature.
You can request a copy of your Greenville College transcript in one of two ways: 1. Request Your Greenville College Transcript Through the National Student Clearinghouse Website - Recommended for past students.
2. Request Your Greenville College Transcript Through the Records Office Upon written request, the Records Office will issue an official transcript of credits. This form can be downloaded as a PDF. A student may also request a copy of their transcript by mail (see address in table below) or in person at the Records Office. When ordering a transcript by mail or fax, please include proper payment for the services requested (see table below). Checks, money orders, and Mastercard or Visa are accepted. Cash will be accepted for students ordering transcripts in person. Notice: Students with an unpaid account or note with the college, or any other college authorized agency including local banks, will not be furnished a transcript or receive a diploma until the account or note has been paid in full.
