Chapter committee meeting (16 weeks before meeting)
Decide on type of event
Faculty speaker
Potential dates for event
Contact the Alumni Office (12 weeks in advance)
Location for event (8 weeks in advance)
Fax or email important information to Alumni Office
(Time, date, location, directions, price, RSVP phone #'s, deadline to RSVP, etc.) (6 weeks in advance)
