The GC Women's Track and Field traveled to Judson to compete in the NCCAA National Championships May 2-4. The team took 18th out of the 24 teams that competed.
The Greenville College Track and Field team took 7th out of 23 teams that competed in the NCCAA National Championships May 2-4. Josh Kuusisto, Bruce Gray, and Josh Dees were among GC's top finishers.
The GC Men's Tennis team was recognized in the SLIAC post-season awards, with the duo of Alex Dowley and Jordan Tingle earning a spot on the First Team and Code Power nabbing an honorable mention.
The Greenville College Softball team traveled to Blackburn to take on the Beavers in a double-header. The team won the first game 3-2 but could not pull off the sweep and fell in game two 4-3.
The Greenville Panthers played Principia at home and came away with the impressive 11-1 victory. Over the course of the game, GC out-hit Prin 15 to 4 in the eight innings played.
The Panther baseball team finished their weekend with two more wins over Eureka, 4-2 and 8-5. The team was excited after last night's win and kept their streak alive with two more wins.
On Saturday, April 27, at the Illinois College True Blue Meet, history was made as junior, Josh Kuusisto broke Greenville College's hammer throw record, a record he set just last year.
