Michelle Sutton Captures Second SLIAC Runner of the Week Award

GREENVILLE, Ill. – Senior, Michelle Sutton (Springport, Mich./Jackson), has been named the SLIAC women’s cross country runner of the week for the week of Sept. 20-26.

Sutton placed eighth out of 335 runners competing at the Brissman/Lundeen Invitational hosted by Augustana University (Ill.). She posted a 6K time of 22:19, which is an all-time best performance by a Greenville women’s cross country runner.

This marks the second time this season that Sutton has earned this honor.
