Women's Cross Country Places 35th at NCAA Midwest Regional

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. -- The women's cross country team concluded their season with a 35th place showing at the annual NCAA Division III Midwest Regional hosted by Augustana College.  The Lady Panthers accumulated 996 points.

Freshman Suzanne Ford was Greenville's top finisher, running a time of 26:02 to place 180th in a field of 264 runners and earning 174 points.

Other scoring members of the team included freshman Sophie Stiles (26:18, 187th, 181 points), freshman Jessica Przybylski (27:03, 205th, 199), sophomore Rosie Nelson (27:47, 221st, 215), and junior Carisa Wilson (28:41, 242nd, 234).

The Lady Panthers placed third of the four SLIAC schools competing in the meet.  Webster and Principia finished higher than Greenville, and Fontbonne was 36th.
