Pilcher Named SLIAC Pitcher of the Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Greenville College's Tyler Pilcher, a senior from Effingham, Ill., has been named the Diamond Sports Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the week of April 9-15.

Pilcher, a left-handed pitcher, recorded 11 strikeouts in 7.0 innings on the mound in a 10-1 victory versus Principia College. He earned the win while allowing no runs and only one walk and two hits.

This is Pilcher’s first collegiate award.
