Trager Named to Third Team All-Central Region

GREENVILLE, Ill.-- Greenville College's Kenny Trager was named to the 2012 All-Central Region Third Team.

Trager, a junior from Denver, Colo. played third base for the Panther this season. He finished the season with a.324 batting average, 24 hits., and 12 RBIs.

Trager's impressive performance as a GC thirdbaseman was what earned him recognition to the All-Region team. He had 51 assists and 15 put outs with a .931 fielding percentage.

Players were nominated by Sports Information Directors from various schools in the region. 713 players were noinated throughout the eight regions and 336 were chosen for awards.
