ST. LOUIS, Mo.--After an impressive second half comeback, GC's Jordan Smith hit a 3-pointer to bring the game into overtime. Unfortunately, the Panthers could not pull out the win and fell to Webster, 76-81.

The Panthers struggled in the first half, allowing Webster to go on a 12-0 run in the game's first minutes. The halftime score was 44-28, favoring the Gorlocks.

GC came out of the locker room ready to play and out-scored the Gorlocks, 40-24 in the half. The Panthers were able to tie up the game after Jordan Smith hit a 3-point jump shot, with 3 seconds left in regulation, to send the game into overtime.

Unfortunately, the Panthers could not come out with the win and dropped the game on overtime, scoring 8 points to Webster's 13. The final score: Webster-81, Greenville-76.
