Support GC Athletics

The Greenville College Athletic Department benefits from the financial gifts of alumni and friends which assist in the ongoing operation of the department and its 14 intercollegiate sports.  These gifts provide budget support and underwrite special projects that might otherwise go unfunded.  The donations are tax-deductible to extent provided by law.

Special Opportunities to Support the Panthers

John M. Strahl Athletic Development Fund
Upon the death of former Athletic Director John Strahl in 2003, Greenville College established the John M. Strahl Athletic Development Fund to finance the further development of its athletic complex south of campus.  The facilities have since been renamed the John M. Strahl Athletic Complex with donations and pledges totaling over $275,000.

Panther Pride Golf Scramble
Greenville College annually hosts the Panther Pride Golf Scramble in June which serves as the department’s largest fundraiser.  It is played at Indian Springs Golf Club northeast of Greenville. Sign up today for your chance to win a brand-new car.

Athletic Hall of Fame
Gifts of alumni and friends completely finance the Greenville College Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet.  The banquet is held every two years and will occur once again in April 2008.
