Facility Reservation

From time to time it will be necessary for a faculty member to reserve college facilities for use by various on and off campus groups. For on-campus groups, any classroom to be arranged for out of the regular schedule should be reserved in Office of Records. For off-campus groups, scheduling needs to take place with the conference service office (664-6500). In order to have a classroom available for any special or extended length of time outside the regular schedule, arrangements should be made with the registrar. Faculty members given the responsibility for making arrangements for a faculty function should work carefully with the following office as appropriate.

This list is applicable between August 16th and commencement. Between Commencement and August 15th all spaces reservations with teh execption of the President's Dining Room are made through Conference Services at 664 - 6500.
