WELCOME TO THE JUNE 2002 ISSUE OF PROSPECTIVE
STUDENTS @ GREENVILLE.EDU
Dear Prospective Students,
Greetings from Greenville College! We are now well into the summer
months, and we hope that
you are enjoying your break from school. For many of us, this is
a time to regroup and prepare
for next year, but we still miss our students and await their return.
This time of the year, though,
still keeps us busy. We recently concluded our Alumni Reunion Weekend
which featured
fireworks, a Christian bluegrass concert, and many other exciting
activities.
We would also like to take this opportunity to ask that you say
a prayer for Jack Chism, a
professor in the Management Department. He has been diagnosed with
acute myelogenous
leukemia and is currently undergoing treatment. Many of you may
have met Professor Chism
when you have been on campus. I know he takes special joy in meeting
you during scholarship
competitions or in individual meetings about the Management Department.
For students interested in coming this fall, we want to remind
you that we've put together
FINANCIAL AID PACKAGES for students who have been accepted. If you
haven't
yet received your financial aid award letter, contact your Admissions
Counselor to find out
what additional information we need from you.
Enjoy the rest of this issue...and thank you for your continued
interest in Greenville College.
