WELCOME TO THE MARCH 2002 ISSUE OF PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS @ GREENVILLE.EDU

Dear Prospective Students,

Greetings from Greenville College! Campus is abuzz this week with the recent news that
we are the beneficiaries of a $2 million gift that will go towards the purchase of the Free
Methodist Church. In just a few years, we will transition it into the music department as the
church moves to the outskirts of town.

In addition to this and other recent news, we have included a mixture of items designed
to bring you up to date on many things that have happened throughout the year.

We hope many of you will come to campus for our remaining scholarship competition on
April 20 if you haven't already. It will provide you with a great chance to visit campus
and interact with students and faculty. You can find links to register in this newsletter.

Enjoy the rest of this issue...and thank you for your continued interest in Greenville College.

that God would send a $1 million gift to the college from "out of the blue." That prayer was
answered, and then some, last Thursday when GC President James Mannoia received a check
in the mail for $2 million.
