Professor Ross also serves as faculty advisor to the Greenville College Delta Iota Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Honors Society.

Ross designs and leads workshops on numerous topics, both on and off campus. She writes papers and presents programs for the professional organizations listed above. She was recently trained to be an OASIS facilitator of spiritual retreats with the American Baptist Women's Ministries of the American Baptist Churches of the USA. She also serves as a StrengthsFinder facilitator on campus.
