J-Term to Draw FMC Pastors to GC Campus
January 3-17, 2001
Every fifth year Greenville College serves as host to Free Methodist Church pastors from across the country for J-Term,a two-week/two-session educational opportunity in January. J-Term offers classes for pastors pursing ordination in the Free Methodist denomination. Approximately 50 pastors are expected to participate in the 2001 J-Term.

Alumni Ski Trip
GC Alumni hit the slopes annually with a ski trip to Colorado. Students in the GC Interterm ski class will once again join alumni for a weekend of skiing at Monarch Ski & Snowboard Area.

Family Bookstore and Jo's Java prepare to open in January
A plethora of coffee and books will soon be available to the GC campus and Greenville city communities. Both stores will open January 4 with Grand Opening celebrations to be announced.

November Financials

Unrestricted support for the month of November was $69,349, placing our unrestricted giving ahead of last year's pace by more than $14,000. However, we are still slightly behind our "goal" for the year. Total gift support is higher than last year by almost $40,000 with a total amount of $1,285,109.

Campaign Feasibility Study
The Study committee of the campaign met on December 11 to begin the process of selecting individuals to be interviewed for the study. The committee consists of Lloyd Ganton - Chair, David Hoag, Rich Schien, Marjorie Smith, Jim Vivian and other members of the advancement staff.
