Responsibilities:
Phil manages maintenance, custodial, and grounds operations. He is the project manager for all construction activities. Additionally, he also oversees contracted operations for food service and the bookstore. Facilities and Support Services offices and shops are located in the Kelsey Building at 404 East Harris Ave.
