Carrie T. Burritt Hall (Includes Dallas & Burritt Annexes)

  • Houses approximately 180 women
  • The first residence hall for women built in 1922
  • Includes two additions, Dallas Annex, built in 1946, and Burritt Annex, built in 1958

Enoch A. Holtwick Hall

  • Holtwick hall is a small two-story structure that houses twenty-five male residents on each floor.
  • Built in 1968

Walter A. Joy Hall

  • Built in 1963, Joy Hall is a four-floor building which offers a traditional residence hall living environment for male students.

  • Built in 1966 and completely remodeled in 1998

Mary A. Tenney Hall

  • Built in 1967 with major renovations in 1999 and 2000

These two-story buildings feature an apartment style living environment. Tenney houses femal students and Kinney houses male students.

Upper Division Housing

  • One of the unique aspects of the Residence Life program is the opportunity for upperclassmen to live in one of several houses the college owns.
  • These houses are located on or next to the main campus and provide upperclassman with an alternative to living in the residence halls, but remain a part of the residential campus.

Tower Apartments

  • For those upperclassmen who prefer an apartment to a house, Tower Apartments were added to campus for the 2000-2001 school year.
  • The apartments house 60 students, 30 men and 30 women.
  • Each of the 12 apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size stove, refrigerator, and dish washer.
  • Bedroom furniture is supplied, but students must supply living room and kitchen furniture.

  • Intermediate-style living for 80 sophomores and juniors.
  • The first and third floor houses male students and the second floor houses female students.
