Academic Honor Cords: Honor cords will be distributed only to those students who have completed all the coursework necessary to fulfill all requirements for a degree. If additional coursework is needed, honor cords will not be received at commencement. They will be mailed upon completion of the degree.

Caps and Gowns: Caps and gowns are available through the online ordering system with Herff Jones.

Pictures: A professional photographer will take a color photo as Acting President Randy Bergen congratulates each graduate. The Greenville College Alumni Association will send each graduate his/her photo as gift after commencement. Additional photos will be available for download after commencement on the Greenville College Flickr page.

Videotaping: Family and friends may videotape Commencement in designated areas.
*Tripods may not be set up in the aisles under any circumstances or block the view of others.

Handicap Accessibility: The Crum Recreation Center and Armington Center are handicap accessible. A designated handicap drop-off adjacent to the Recreation Center may be found on the east side of the building. Handicap accessible restrooms are available in the Recreation Center and Armington Center. There will be wheelchairs available for transporting guests from the parking lots and designated drop off areas to their seats in the Recreation Center.

Handicap Parking: Handicap parking is available in the Ganton parking lot (north west of the Recreation Center), the parking lot on the corner of Durley and Elm (east of the Recreation Center), at Claussen Plaza south of the Ruby E. Dare Library, and in front of the Delbert E. Sims College Union (corner of College and Spruce). Anyone requiring handicap parking spaces will find parking in the regular designated handicapped spaces in the parking lots north of the H.J. Long Gymnasium. An area on the east side of the Recreation Center will be designated for drop off for those requiring assistance to their seats or are unable to walk a long distance. Campus Security Officers will be available to assist with parking.
