Congratulations 2013 Greenville College Graduates:

We commend you for your hard work and dedication! Your graduation day is quickly approaching so please follow the instructions below to place a cap and gown order. If you plan to attend your Commencement ceremony, you are required to order a cap and gown through Herff Jones. You may also order graduation announcements, class rings and diploma frames through Herff Jones as well. Simply use the link below.

Adult, Graduate & Off-Campus Education Students:

Adult, Graduate & Off-Campus Ceremony: Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.

You may place an order for your cap and gown from February 18th until April 28^th. Once you enter the website, select Greenville College and then select (Graduate & Adult & off-campus Education). All cap and gowns for Adult, Graduate and off-campus Education students will ship directly to the address you enter on the website. There is no charge for your cap and gown and the fee for shipping will be covered by your graduation fee. However, you must place an order on this website to receive a cap and gown for your ceremony.

Traditional Students:

Traditional Ceremony: Sunday, May 26, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.

You may place an order for your cap and gown from February 18th until April 1st. Once you enter the website, select Greenville College and then select (Traditional). All cap and gowns for Traditional students will ship to the college and will be distributed by the mailroom staff after May 13th.  There is no charge for your cap and gown, because it is covered by your graduation fee. However, you must place an order on this website to receive a cap and gown for your ceremony.

Graduation Announcements and Class Rings:

Herff Jones has a variety of class rings, diploma frames and graduation announcements available to purchase. To place an order for additional merchandise, you will need to use a credit or debit card and pay Herff Jones directly. Graduation announcements will ship directly to the address you provide. Please allow approximately three weeks for delivery of announcements.

Late Orders:

All late cap and gown orders will be assessed a late fee of $20. To place late orders please call Kristin Koehnemann at (618) 664-7020.
