Records Office - Request a Transcript

0
Federal Law mandates that only the student may request release of their transcript. Therefore, all requests for a transcript must be made in writing and include the student's signature. Upon written request from a student, the Records Office will issue an official transcript. It is preferable that a student request a copy of their transcript online.

A student may also submit a written request for a copy of their transcript by mail or in person at the Records Office. When ordering a transcript by mail, please include proper payment for the services requested (see table below). Checks, cash, and money orders are accepted for students ordering through the mail or in person. Those wishing to use a credit card to request a transcript must place their order online.

Students (current and former) with unpaid tuition accounts or delinquent Greenville College loan accounts (including the Federal Perkins Loan program) will not be furnished a transcript until their tuition account is paid in full and/or their school loan account is current.

You can request a copy of your Greenville College transcript in one of two ways:

    1. Request Your Greenville College Transcript Online

Transcripts can be ordered online using any major credit card. Credit cards will be charged when the order is complete. To order an official transcript(s), go to eSCRIP-SAFE. The site gives step by step instructions on how to place an order, and gives students information about delivery options and fees. Students can order as many transcripts as necessary in a single session. Order updates will be emailed to students, and orders can be tracked online.

    2. Request Your Greenville College Transcript Through the Records Office

Students can access our printable pdf document here. Students ordering by mail or in person in the Records Office may pay with check, cash, or money order. For our students' protection, Greenville College will not accept credit card information on mailed or hand delivered requests. All students wishing to pay for their transcripts with a credit card must submit their order online.

Greenville College does allow students to place rush transcript orders. For an additional $27 fee, Greenville College will send a transcript by UPS Next Day Air or have it available for pick up by 3:00 in the afternoon. A rush transcript request must be received by 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, or it will be processed the next day. Students requesting their transcript be sent by UPS Next Day Air must provide a U.S.A. address, and the recipient must have a street address, not a P.O. Box. Students requesting special delivery to foreign addresses should submit their request directly to the Records Office for options and cost.
