Greenville College students traveled to Pennsylvania November 7-9 to participate in the annual National Christian Multicultural Student Leadership Conference (NCMSLC) and returned with a $2,500 prize.
The team of nine students traveled with a faculty advisor to Eastern University in Pennsylvania for the “Faith in Action” themed conference. Once there, they had the opportunity to hear from respected speakers such as: Tony Campolo, Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Eastern University and Founder and President of the Evangelical Association for the Promotion of Education; Luis Cortes, head of Nueva Esperanza, a local Hispanic Community outreach that brings awareness to racial and political injustices; and Brian Johnson, president of Manna Unlimited motivations and founder of the Pennsylvania Association of Liasons and Officers of Multicultural Affairs.

GREENVILLE, IL – The Greenville Choral Union and Orchestra will begin their 78th season with a performance of selections from George Frideric Handel’s oratorio Messiah and John Rutter’s Magnificat on Sunday, December 7 at 4:00 p.m. in the Whitlock Music Center on the Greenville College campus (Greenville, IL).
