    Two faculty research fellowships of $2,500 each were have been awarded to GC professors, Dr. Craig Boyd and Dr. Gene Dunkley. The fellowship, named in honor of Professor Emeritus of Religion and Philosophy James A. Reinhard, is awarded on a competitive basis and is intended to nourish high quality Christian scholarship that addresses important problems and issues in ways that have the potential to make a lasting impact on future academic discussion.

 

Eugene Dunkley

    Dr. Craig Boyd (Philosophy/Religion) will focus his research on the continuity between Aquinas' theory of natural law and his understanding of the theological virtue of charity.

    Dr. Dunkley (Biology) will investigate the role of NK-92 T cells in contemporary cancer therapy as a part of an undergraduate research initiative.
