Kay oversees the maintenance and dispersal of up-to-date and accurate academic records for all current and past students. She also participates in the shaping of academic and admissions policies by service on various committees, ensures registration procedures take place in a timely and orderly fashion, and examines external transcripts, analyzing applicable transfer credit. Also, she audits senior transcripts to determine completion of graduation requirements, assists in commencement planning, oversees the ordering of diplomas for the commencement ceremony, and coordinates the ceremonial aspects of commencement.
