Facility Reservation - Church Print E-mail

It is a pleasure to welcome students back to campus and into the Free Methodist Church for classes, rehearsals, and worship.

Not everyone is aware of the cooperative agreement between the church and college regarding building usage. This is to inform those of you who are new and to remind those of you who are returning of certain procedures that must be followed so that everyone can benefit from our partnership.

Note that revisions have been made to the Building Use Policy, particularly the amount of time required for scheduling groups of varying numbers. Please carefully read the attached Building Use Policy.

Due to the need to provide adequate janitorial services and not conflict with church programming, anyone wishing to use the church building must fill out a Building Use Request Form. Forms are available in the church office, or you may print out the attached document, fill it out, and submit it to the church office. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill everyone's requests, we will do our best to assist wherever possible. Persons using the facilities (pianos, classrooms, conference room, etc.) without reservations will be asked to leave.

The paved parking lots adjacent to the church offices (on the south and west sides of the building) are reserved for church staff and volunteers. The CSO provides information on available parking lots.
