In support of the Greenville College mission to transform students, intentional energies have been given to creation of a formal leadership program. Most of these efforts focus on co-curricular elements of education aimed at character development through stretching people beyond their comfort zones.

GC leadership programs currently include "Walkabout," "Urban Plunge" and leadership curriculum built around processing "leadership experiences" on campus such as student government and Resident Assistant positions.
