Instructions and Checklist for International Students applying to GC

For admission to Greenville College, the following information is needed. Print this page and use it to keep track of what information has been sent.

• Send the following information:

  • Online Application
  • $10 Application Fee (Online)
  • High School and/or College Transcript(s) - Officially Translated in English. If you would like to transfer in any credits you must have the transcript evaluated by World Education Services, Inc.   • TOEFL or ELS 109 at an approved language center.
  • ACT or SAT Score(s) (If you do not have a TOEFL score)
  • Complete and send a Certification of Finances and a completed estimate of your financial planning worksheet for 4 years. (75 KB .pdf)
• Schedule a phone interview with GC Counselor to discuss plans of attending GC PRIOR to issuing VISA!
• If accepted a $2,000 US deposit is required before we will issue your I-20 to receive your VISA. ($200 deposit if Canadian)
• TOEFL Score Requirements:
  • Paper-Based Total: 500
  • Computer-Based Total: 173
  • Internet-Based Total: 60
• If you have below one of these scores, you may still apply and we will review your file. If you don't have access to the TOEFL, we will accept either the SAT or ACT. Please let us know if you have questions
