The MAE is designed for current teachers that would like to receive a Master’s degree.
Three emphasis areas are available: Teacher Leadership, Special Education, and Reading
Cost: $350 per credit hour

Teacher Leadership
- Coursework (16k .pdf)
- Locations: Greenville College and Olney
- Courses meet for three weeks for three summers. The courses meet during the day. Each course includes some additional coursework to be done from home.

Special Education

- Locations: Greenville College and Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, IL
- Courses meet over the course of three weeks for three summers. The courses meet during the day. Each course includes some additional coursework to be done from home.

Reading

- Leads to a Reading Specialist Certificate (K-12)
- Reading endorsement is also available
- Locations: Greenville College and Lewis and Clark Community College
- 18-month program with courses meeting one night a week for four hours
- Periodic breaks are built into the program.
