The exciting theatre major at Greenville
College continues to inspire
community members with top notch quality and facilities. Theatre majors participate in a wide variety
of activities from acting to directing plays, as well as building and designing
sets.
GC Theatre productions reach back to 1973 when our first
play opened. Since then, we've had sold
out performances of Arsenic and Old Lace,
Tartuffe, The Glass Menagerie, Death of a Salesman, and A Midsummer Night's Dream.
You'll learn in an intimate studio setting, set in a former
glove factory. The Factory Theatre has been remodeled and equipped with
state-of-the-art light and sound, as well as construction, properties, and
costume shops. Come and see what makes
us different!
