A Message from the Dean of the School of Education
The Greenville College Education Program has prepared teachers to serve in public and private schools for over 75 years. The faculty and staff attempt to make a difference in the lives of our students and those they will affect upon graduation. In this regard, our mission is to graduate professional educators who promote cooperation and responsibility, support self-worth, affirm the dignity of all students, and stimulate learning in a diverse, rapidly changing, and increasingly technological society.

The faculty and staff join me in a sincere effort to make a difference in the lives of our students and those they will affect upon graduation. We strive to achieve our mission by providing pre-service programs that emphasize partnering with public schools and communities to help improve education at all levels.
