A Spanish Education Major requires 545 hours of General Education
courses, 41 hours of Professional Studies courses, and 44 hours
of Spanish Specialization Courses. This includes core requirements
for middle school endorsement. A specialization in a second content
area requires an additional 7 credit hours. (See advisor for scheduling)

** Candidates must complete a semester of study abroad in the Costa Rican Program
sponsored by the Coalition of Christian Colleges or some alternate foreign center
chosen or approved by the College, such as Study in Spain programs. Candidates
may also, by recommendation of the chairperson to the dean of academic
affairs, have the following entered on the transcript:
