Federal Law mandates that only the student may
request release of a transcript to a third party. Therefore, any
request for a transcript must include the student's signature.
You can request a copy of your Greenville College transcript in one of two ways:
- National Student Clearinghouse Website
- Greenville College Records Office
Request Your Greenville College Transcript Through the National Student Clearinghouse Website - Recommended for past students.
Greenville College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide
transcript ordering via the web. You can order transcripts using any
major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has
been completed.
- To order an official transcript(s), login to the National Student Clearinghouse.
- The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options
and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
- Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check order status or history online.

Request Your Greenville College Transcript Through the Records Office
Please include the following information on the request OR use our printable online Transcript Request Form (PDF – Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader OR Microsoft Word document):
Upon written request, the Records Office will issue an official transcript of credits.
This form can be downloaded in PDF or Word
format. A student may also request a copy of their transcript by mail
(see address in table below), by fax (618-664-9775), or in person at
the Records Office. When ordering a transcript by mail or fax, please
include proper payment for the services requested (see table below).
Checks, money orders, and Mastercard or Visa are accepted. Cash will be
accepted for students ordering transcripts in person.
Notice:
Students with an unpaid account or note with the college, or any other
college authorized agency including local banks, will not be furnished
a transcript or receive a diploma until the account or note has been
paid in full. Conversely, former students who are not in default of
Federal Direct Student Loans and/or Perkins Loans accounts are eligible
to receive a copy of their transcript.
