Carefully read the Growing and Learning Together Lifestyle Statement and send the following information:

___ High School and/or College Transcript(s)

___ ACT or SAT Score(s)

International Students:
In addition to the above items, you should send a TOEFL score and a Declaration of Finances. International students are not required to send an ACT or SAT score.
