The men’s title was their ninth consecutive, and the women’s squad won their 10th in 11 seasons.  Head Coach Brian Patton received Coach of the Year honors in both sports, raising his career total to 17 SLIAC Coach of the Year awards. Senior Josh Martsolf of St. Joseph, Mo., was the SLIAC’s Runner of the Year, while junior Curtis Flake of Neoga, Ill., was the SLIAC’s Newcomer of the Year.

The season performances of Martsolf were noteworthy as he became the third athlete in Greenville College cross country history to qualify for the NCAA Division III national championship meet.
