Adult Learning Alterntive Loans

Select a Lender. A list of alternative loan lenders is available below. The list includes only lenders that Greenville College students have used in the previous two years. Since this is not a complete list of alternative loan lenders, we encourage you to research lender web sites to compare requirements and fee structures.
Apply. Applications may be completed by phone, by mail or on-line, depending on your lender choice. Be sure to give complete information and return all forms with original signatures as soon as possible.
Contact the Financial Aid Office. Notify the Financial Aid Office that you have chosen and applied for an alternative loan. Your lender will also be in contact with the Financial Aid Office to obtain certification of the loan. Once the loan is certified, funds will be sent to the school to be applied to your student account. Remember, the Financial Aid Office can only certify a loan amount no greater than the cost of education less all other financial aid.
