  • Graduate Newspaper Fellowship and Apprenticeship for Minorities: Newhouse Fellowship Program, Syaracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications is now accepting applications for a generous master’s level fellowshiop and internship program in newspaper journalism for members of under-represented groups.   • The Judith Weidman Racial Ethnic Minority Fellowship is awarded to one recent college/seminary graduate each year.     The American Indian Graduate Center (AIGC), a non-profit organization, was established in 1969. Founders Robert L. Bennett (Wisconsin Oneida) and John C. Rainer (Taos Pueblo) created a program to assist American Indian college graduates to continue their education at the masters, doctorate and professional degree level.
