Robbie Schomaker Assumes Position of Interim Head Football Coach

The Greenville College football program will play the 2013 season under new leadership as offensive coordinator Robbie Schomaker has been promoted to interim head coach. Schomaker replaces former head coach Ordell Walker who accrued a career record of 22-9, coached the team to the school's first NCCAA Victory Bowl championship, and guided the football program to UMAC championships in 2010 and 2012.

The men's track and field season concluded with a 13th place showing at the NCAA Division III national championships. Sophomore Bruce Gray competed Saturday for the Panthers, taking third place in the 100 meter dash before concluding the championships with fourth place in the 200 meter dash.
