Football Looks to Calm the Storm on Dome Day

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The Greenville College football team (5-3, 4-0 UMAC) travels to Minneapolis to participate in Dome Day on Friday. The Panthers will face Crown College (6-2, 3-1 UMAC). Kickoff is set for 7 p.m., and pre-game will start 15 minutes before kickoff.

If Greenville wins, they will secure their second consecutive conference championship. Crown is playing to keep their championship hopes alive, making this the de facto UMAC championship game.

The game will be played in the HHH Metrodome on the Mall of America Field in Minneapolis. It is the home field of the NFL's Minnesota Vikings. In their Dome Day game last season, the Panthers defeated Northwestern College 26-20.

The UMAC is providing live video and play by play for all of the Dome Day games HERE or you can listen to the game on WGRN 89.5 FM.
