Published: April 13, 2021

Greenville College was recently ranked among the top Midwest regional colleges in the 2013 edition of the U.S. News and World Report Best Colleges.

"We're pleased yet again to be ranked so highly by U.S. News," said Vice President for Enrollment Michael Ritter. "We believe that attending Greenville College is among the best investments that a student can make in their future. We hope that this recognition allows more students to learn about the experience they can have here."

The U.S. News Best College rankings assess schools based on academic reputation, student retention rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, graduation rate, and alumni giving. U.S. News collected data on over 1,800 colleges. About 1,400 colleges were ranked in one of several categories.

A variety of indicators influence the quality and value of a school. Prospective students are encouraged to consider additional factors such as location, student activities, cost and financial aid when choosing a college.
