Lady Panthers Unable to Pull Off the Upset of Webster

ST. LOUIS, Mo.--The GC women's basketball team traveled to Webster and dropped a tough game to the Gorlocks 63-55.
Senior, Emily Gundy led the team in scoring, netting 12 points and earning 2 steals. Whitney Vitt also had an impressive night, leading the Panthers in rebounds with 11 and recording 9 points and 2 blocks.GC made 13 of 18 free throws taken.
Webster was led by Cassie Endicott, who ended the game with 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 blocks.
Greenville's loss brings the Panthers' record to 3-3 (0-1 SLIAC). They will play again on Saturday, December 7 at 1:00pm when they host Blackburn.
