Men's Basketball Rolls to 90-70 Win Over Principia

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The men's basketball team won their second consecutive game with a 90-70 victory over Principia Saturday afternoon.  Obinna Agomo put together the top effort for Greenville with 23 points and 14 rebounds to lead both teams in those categories.

K.J. Hilliard knocked down 22 points, including a perfect 10-for-10 effort from the free throw line.  Jonas McBride tallied nine assists and three steals, whiile Rashod Seaton collected three steals.

Greenville entered halftime with an eight point edge, 43-35, before outscoring Principia 47-35 in the second half.

The Panthers (7-4, 3-1 SLIAC) travel to preseason conference favorite Westminster on Wednesday, Jan. 12, for a game at 8 p.m. in an early battle for first place in the conference.
