Men’s Cross Country Finishes 7th at WashU

Men’s Cross Country Finishes 7th at WashU

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – GC cross country claimed the 7th spot out of 19 teams on Saturday as they competed in the Washington University Early Bird Invitational.

Greenville’s sophomore Bryant Simpson headlined the weekend’s performance list, finishing 32nd overall with a time of 20:28.9. Seniors Coree Woltering and Xavier Ortiz finished 40th and 44th respectively with times of 20:38.9 and 20:43.1 to round out the Panthers top three finishers.

GC men's cross country will take next weekend off before returning to action on Friday, September 16 at the Illinois St. Illinois Intercollegiate Championships.
