Men’s Cross Country Takes Sixth at the Augustana College Brissman/Lundeen Invitational

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – In their third meet of the season, the Greenville College men’s cross country team raced to a sixth place finish at the Augustana College Brissman/Lundeen Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 24.

The Panthers were well represented in the 26-team field, placing three runners in the top 50, and scoring 263 points on the day.

Senior Coree Woltering (Ottawa, Ill./Ottawa) grabbed the top finish (29th) for the Panthers, posting a time of 26:01 at a pace of 5:15 per mile.

Next week the men’s cross country squad will travel to Terre Haute, Ind. for the Rose-Hulman Gibson Family Collegiate Invitational, Saturday, Oct. 9.
