Men's Track and Field 7th at Rose-Hulman

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The GC Men's track and field team competed in the Rose-Hulman Twilight meet and came in 7th out of 11 teams. The Panthers were led by Josh Kuusisto and Coree Woltering, who each recorded second place finishes.

Kuusisto finished second in the Hammer Throw, earning 8 points for GC with his throw of 54.76m. Woltering also added 8 points to the Panther total when he finished second in the 5000m Run with a time of 15:22.09.

The 4x400 Relay team of Josh Dees, Bobby Williams, Bryant Simpson, and Ethan Fordalso helped boost Greenville's score. The team earned 5 points with their 4th place finish in the relay, after crossing the finish line at 3:28.97.

Ben Barber was also impressive in his event, crossing the line at 9:28.08 to come in 4th place in the 3000m run. Barber added 5 points for GC.

Bryan Waugh came in 5th place in the Discus Throw when he launched the discus 42.59 meters. His throw earned the Panthers 4 points.

Adam Kammler, Ray Hingston, Anthony Everett, Leo Smith-Butler, Trevor Thompson, and Ross Baker also earned points for Greenville in their respective events.

Greenville finished the meet with 48 total points, which put them in 8th place out of the 11 teams that competed.
