GREENVILLE, Ill.-- After 120 minutes of back-and-forth action, GC earns a 0-0 draw against Millikin.

Both teams had 11 shots in the game and GC 'keeper, Ian McReynolds, recorded 2 saves. Jacob Krisher and Robert Wright led the Panthers in shots taken with 3 each over the course of the match.

"I'm really pleased that we got another shutout and shored things up at the back," said Coach Chris Swift. "Now we have to find a way to combine this defensive effort with the goals we had in our last 2 games."

This double overtime tie brings the team to a record of 1-3-3. The Panthers will return to the pitch on Friday, September 20 when they take on Wheaton on the road.
