Women's Cross Country Finishes Second in SLIAC Championships

HILLSBORO, Ill.--The Lady Panthers, led by Alivia Powers and Molly Works, raced to an impressive second place finish out of the six team that competed in the SLIAC Championships.

Powers crossed the finish line first for Greenville and 7th overall with a time of 23:35 92. Works was just seconds behind her, finishing 8th overall with a time of 23:38.16. Rosie Baker was the next Lady Panther to finish the race, crossing the line at 24:1.88.

The team's will compete in the Panther Trials on Friday, November 8 in preparation for the NCAA Regionals that will take place in Augustana on Saturday, November 16.
