Women's soccer eases to win over MacMurray

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The women's soccer team got a goal and assist from Barbara Nigro as they took 3-0 win over MacMurray on Saturday.
Greenville peppered the MacMurray goalkeeper with 20 shots and 11 on goal, but the Lady Panthers were turned as as MacMurray's goalkeeper caputured eight saves.
Melissa Gallardo had a goal for Greenville, and the Lady Panthers were also the beneficiaries of good fortune as MacMurray knocked in the opening goal.
The Lady Panthers (9-5-3, 6-1 SLIAC) travel to Westminster on Tuesday for a match a 7 p.m.
