Women’s Soccer topped at Aurora

AURORA, Ill. The womens soccer team saw their season record fall to 0-5 as they were defeated 2-0 by Aurora on Friday. Goalkeeper Hope Brakenhoff posted four saves.
Aurora held the possession edge, taking 11 shots to Greenvilles three. Aurora scored just three minutes into the contest to lead 1-0 at the half. They picked up their second goal with 36 minutes remaining in the game.
Greenvilles shots were taken by Lexi Baysinger, Barbara Nigro, and LeAnn Brown. Baysinger and Nigros shots were on goal.
The Lady Panthers (0-5) return to action at Washington - St. Louis on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.
