GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The Scholar Team of the Year and All-Academic Team honors for the 2014-15 NCAA Division III Track & Field season were announced Friday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Greenville's women's track and field team and sophomore Chelsea Gilles were among those honored.

The Greenville College squad received All-Academic Team honors for the 2015 NCAA Division III season by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Greenville finished with a team grade point average (GPA) of 3.34. A total of 170 women's teams nationally qualified by earning a cumulative team GPA of 3.10 or higher for the academic year.

The USTFCCCA also awards individual All-Academic honors. To qualify, an individual also must finish in the top 35 for the year in the NCAA III, in time or distance in their particular event, to be a USTFCCCA Scholar. Chelsea Gilles represented Greenville among this group.
