Women's Basketball Comes Up Short to Eureka

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The women's basketball team fell short Saturday afternoon74-65 to Eureka College. Ieisha Adams led the Panthers in scoringwith 23 points.
Emmalee Fladland put in14 points, and Hobbie followed10. Adams and Hobbie tied for the lead in assists withthree each.
Greenville was down by four at halftime and pushed hard in the second half scoring 34 points. However,Eureka was able to put up another 39 to take the win.
The women's basketball team fell to 6-12 (3-7 SLIAC). They return to action on Wednesday at conference opponent Fontbonne University at 6 p.m.
