Women's Basketball Stumbles against MacMurray

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. -- The women's basketball team suffered a disappointing 73-47 loss to MacMurray in the Lady Panthers first game following the holiday break.  Ieisha Adams continued her trend as Greenville's offensive and defensive catalyst with 19 points and five steals.

The Lady Panthers were outscored by 13 in each half as MacMurray used a well-balanced attack which resulted in 22 Greenville turnovers.

Greenville (6-5, 2-1 SLIAC) returns to action Tuesday at home against Blackburn at 6 p.m.
