Women's Basketball Surrenders Second Half Lead in Loss

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The women's basketball team saw a first half lead evaporate as Iowa Wesleyan topped the Lady Panthers 65-54 Friday night.  Emily Gundy led Greenville with 15 points.

The second half was the difference in the game as Greenville was outscored 38-22 in the second stanza.

Ieisha Adams collected 10 points, four steals, and four assists for the Lady Panthers.  Coley Baker came off the bench for Greenville and was the team's top rebounder with six boards.  Baker also collected two blocked shots.

The Lady Panthers (6-4) resume their season on Saturday, Jan. 5, at MacMurray.
